The application of the fixed fares provides that the taxi driver chooses the appropriate route to reach the destination. In the event that the client asks for a change of route during the journey, the taxi driver is authorized to demand payment of the taximeter. In case of booking or taxi call, the maximum waiting time is 5 minutes. Once this limit has been exceeded, the taxi driver is authorized to add to the fixed rate the payment of the taximeter calculated from the departure until the client get into the car, subtracted the fixed cost of € 3.30 In case of dispute, please ask for a receipt of payment indicating: taxi number, date and time of ride, route and amount paid.
